"If I had to, I would put myself right beside you. So let me ask, would you like that? Would you like that? And I don't mind if you say this love is the last time. So now I'll ask, do you like that? Do you like that? No!
Something's getting in the way. Something's just about to break. I will try to find my place in the diary of Jane. So tell me how it should be.
Try to find out what makes you tick. As I lie down sore and sick. Do you like that? Do you like that?
There's a fine line between love and hate, and I don't mind. Just let me say that I like that, I like that.
Something's getting in the way. Something's just about to break. I will try to find my place in the diary of Jane.
As I burn another page, as I look the other way. I still try to find my place in the diary of Jane. So tell me how it should be.
Desperate, I will crawl, waiting for so long. No love, there is no love. Die for anyone, what have I become?
Something's getting in the way. Something's just about to break. I will try to find my place in the diary of Jane.
As I burn another page, as I look the other way. I still try to find my place in the diary of Jane."~Breaking Benjamin.

This song seems to be full of controversial opinions. It seems to be a twisted love song full of hate and anger. It seems he is trying to find his place in her life, but he has no place. It seems she hates him, when he loves her. "If I had to, I would put myself right beside you. So let me ask, would you like that?" It seems that he is angry at her because she hates him. "Try to find out what makes you tick. 'Cause I lie down, sore and sick. Do you like that?" It seems with this line he's saying that he's trying to find out if she cares about him at all, when she seems not to. He's asking her to tell him if she does, it seems. But I could be wrong. This is just my interpretation.
This song has alot of meaning for me. "I still try to find my place in the diary of jane." Sounds alot like me. I'm always trying to find my place, whether it's in other people's lives or in everyday life. I still don't know my place. I think we all need a place in life, we just haven't found the right one yet.
An interesting display of vocals and instrumentals, this song is a great listen. With a mix of heavy metal and altern, with a little bit of screamo mixed in, this song is a great variety.
Signing off and hoping you liked listening,
